The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is launching an exciting opportunity for a strategic and forward‑thinking Senior Organisational Development Manager to shape culture, capability and change across a vital public service organisation. In this influential role, you’ll lead a small OD team and work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver evidence‑based initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity, employee engagement, learning and development, wellbeing, EDI, and organisation‑wide change — all aligned with ODPP’s strategy and national public service frameworks.

We’re looking for a collaborative OD professional who can bring insight, innovation and a people‑centred approach to building an empowered, high‑performing workplace.
