The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is recruiting a Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development. The individual appointed will play a key leadership role in the development and implementation of Human Resource and Organisational Development strategies within the Office and will be expected to develop responses to meet strategic challenges arising from the evolving environment within which the Office operates.
The ideal candidates will have excellent management and leadership skills; experience in the design and delivery of organisation and transformation programmes; strong stakeholder management skills; a demonstrable understanding of the evolving fiscal, legislative and industrial relations in the civil service; proven ability to operate in a fast changing work environment and highly developed organisational skills.
