The Crime Victims Helpline is a confidential national helpline that offers support to victims of crime in Ireland. Their aim is to support, inform and empower victims of crime and those affected by crime. The helpline volunteers understand the issues and difficulties that victims of crime have to deal with.
The Helpline can provide details of victim support services available in your local area. They can tell you about specialist services for victims of particular crimes such as domestic violence, sexual abuse and rape.
The helpline is available at the following times:
Monday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday: 10.00am – 6.30pm
Wednesday to Friday: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday and Holidays: 2.00pm – 4.00pm
